i'm worried i am missing my motivation,its been 5 yrs now of gym every day and my mum died recently. I just dont no,have so many plans and there not following through

going to learn something mental then maybe can teach my body physical,its so snnoying but drs and physiotherapist say when i had accident i hit head and broke pathways so its up to me,but its been 5 years now and i just dont no how,i have gym daily and im trying.
