To update your profile, you must visit the Edit Profile page. You can move through the different parts of your profile by clicking the tabs at the top of the page.

Our software has been very thoroughly tested, but of course things do go wrong. If you find something you suspect is a bug we need to know about it. When you contact us we need to know your profile name, email address and how you found the bug, what were you doing and is it repeatable - basically enough information for us to be able to reproduce it. We'll investigate it and if its confirmed, we'll get it fixed as soon as possible.

If someone is bothering or harassing you, blocking them is usually the best solution. Visit the Account Settings page to learn how to block people. If someone continues to harass you despite your efforts, you can report them here.

You can report spam, pornography, or any other inappropriate content here, or by clicking the "Report" link on the page containing the content you wish to report.

If the administrator has enabled it, you can make your profile private by visiting the Account Privacy page.

You can block people by adding their username to your blocked users list. Visit the Account Settings page to learn more about how to block people.

You created a listing and it saved fine, but only you can see it - why?

Go into My Apps - Manage Listings and select 'Edit listing' on the listing that is giving this issue.
At the bottom of the screen is a link 'Show Privacy settings' make sure that you select the privacy settings that are appropriate for the people you want to see this listing. Don't forget to save!

Once you've created the detail of your listing it will appear in 'Manage listings' For it to appear on the map, you need to select 'Edit location' and enter the address of the listing. Please be aware that Google maps won't be able to locate absolutely every address and that postcodes (in the UK) approximate to about 16 street addresses.

Don't panic! Thewheellife.com uses a technology that monitors activity on the social network so that you don't have to refresh your screen to see any updates. To do this it regularly asks the server if there is anything new to display. It uses minimum bandwidth though.
