    Thanks Em. I really was being very self indulgent however I did need to get it out of my system. Your comments were gratefully received. Thank you. I am back on form now but still feel a bit delicate. Daft how a simple comment can make you feel so useless. I find those people who say is it just a temporary thing this chair or ask when I will be better just so irritating but I try to keep a lid on that. I get asked a lot what is the matter with my leg as I wear a calliper. It is hard to explain that it isn't my leg that is the problem as most people don't really understand how their bodies work anyway. So sometimes I make up a ridiculous (for me) answer like a Skydiving accident parachute did not open and I fell from 30,000 feet to the ground, and the strange thing is that they often believe me!!

    I think I will have to change that one though and think of a more outrageous answer, one which makes them embarrassed, perhaps falling through a roof whilst escaping from the police following a security van heist! Yeh I like that one and I think I will use it.
